      Fully remote positions Flexible schedules

      Cons

      Not growing as fast as they claim Incompetent managers Disrespectful and condescending leaders Leaders hiring unqualified friends and family Favoritism due to prior point No room for growth Replacing majority of employees with employees outside of the US, so they can pay them less Will add on more and more duties with no pay increase
