The CEO's management style is nothing short of bullying. He frequently belittles employees in meetings, disregards their ideas, and fosters a culture of fear rather than innovation. Constructive feedback is met with defensiveness and hostility, making it clear that only his opinion matters. This behaviour has created a toxic work environment where talented individuals are undervalued and disrespected.
Moreover, the CEO´s actions stifle creativity and prevent the company from scaling. He insists on being involved in every decision, no matter how minor, which slows down processes and leads to inefficiency. There is no trust in the expertise of the team, and initiatives that require autonomy and swift execution are often dead on arrival.
It's evident that as long as Carlos Ferri remains in charge, Shipeezi will struggle to grow and achieve its full potential. His leadership style is incompatible with the collaborative, innovative environment needed to thrive in today's competitive market. Until there is a change in leadership, I cannot recommend Shipeezi as a place to work for those looking to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact.
