Shipmnts gives engineers significant ownership over projects. I got to lead large initiatives. Opportunity to work on impactful features. A supportive environment for learning and experimenting with new technologies. Close collaboration with product and leadership gives engineers a chance to influence product direction.

Cons

Being a growing startup, processes and priorities can change quickly, which sometimes leads to context switching. Work-life balance can fluctuate depending on project timelines Office infrastructure (like seating) could be improved for comfort during long working hours
