Quite unstable in 2023

Pros

- Founder and Co-founder are fair people which the only reason before why I'd stayed. One is strength with numbers/data, the other in the leadership area. - Salary is competitive - Dynamic team members with their own expertise areas - Would be a good place for fresh graduates to learn, but lower your expectation as an experienced ones

Cons

- No career path or clear development programs - I think the runway period is unstable which means if lucky, it will be around 1.5 years max with no new funding - New CCO tend to bring high-level politic around, backstabbing by talking each other C-level to all levels that has direct connection with him - With all e-commerce companies starting their own logistic/warehouse business line, I'm not sure about the remaining runway period in the future and how it competes with others - Sales attrition rate is high

Pros

If you love being pressurized while working to reach a target this is a good company

Cons

- yearly underperformer quota - use story points to judge engineers performance - your leader is not your friend, careful of the friendly faces.

Pros

Literally nothing, I personally think the wage is NOT worth your mental health.

Cons

The Engineering Manager here does not cover your back but instead make your life more miserable. There are some good managers/leads but the others.. not so much. I don't have any physical sickness, but after 2 years working in this company, I have developed some mental health issues and a very bad acid reflux. They make strict rules that only applicable to lower ranking engineers but Lead/EM can pretty much do whatever they want. We need WFH but they do not listen and forces us engineers to do WFO even though we have signed a remote working commitment letter. They do not tolerate you for making human error but instead they blame you, even give you warning letters.
