The main issue was the absence of a stable technical roadmap. Priorities shifted frequently, leaving teams uncertain about long-term objectives. Instead of building toward a clearly defined architecture, work often felt reactive. This resulted in inconsistent implementation decisions and unnecessary refactoring. The instability made it difficult to maintain momentum. Clear long-term planning would significantly improve both execution and morale.

Shipwell is a horrible company, and I strongly recommend that you avoid working here. Most employees here are frustrated, and that's for a good reason. The management we have here is very unreasonable. Our managers give us so much workload that we're often forced to work for extended hours. The shifts here are brutal because the management is extremely demanding. That's also why most employees here are exhausted. We're overwhelmed and overworked because of the kind of leadership that we have.
