You are told you "own" features/projects, but then you are totally disenfranchised. They don't think of employees as assets, just worker monkeys. They treat people badly and so they leave, and if they are naive enough to try sticking it out they eventually get blamed for something that was really an executive level decision, and fired. The CEO is extremely vindictive and totally unwilling to take responsibility for his own actions and decisions.
Still think about it? Think this is just one disgruntled employee's rant? Then look at their track record so far. They've been around since 2013 and have put multiple games into production, but they haven't managed to get anything done (as of Aug 2016). And, they now have a non-disparagement contract you have to sign to get severance when they "let you go". Ask yourself why they would need that.
