Pros
The work culture is upbeat and Dr. Panoff values the staff. There is a strong focus on providing the best training for students and working hard to do so, while maintaining morale. I learned a ton as I was teaching/administering various programs, whose target audiences ranged from middle schoolers to grad students.
Cons
Not a con per se, but the small staff means that each staffer has many hats to wear. I grew because of this, but some may dislike this.
