I can't think of one positive thing.

Cons

No management on site. Bullying, stealing, cheating, and lying workers. Most horrible and unprofessional work experience I have EVER had! You are treated like you don't matter or are a slave in a sweat shop. Best part...you only make $8 an hour and deal with more drama than you could imagine.
