      Pros

      A great company to work for, they were flexible and supportive from day 1 and always had time to listen. Varied projects and most of the time the producers would be really open to your input and accepting of your designs. Great bunch of employees, really friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      Project management could have been better, especially for organisation of feedback.

      Never really had a bad day. Always felt supported and people are genuinely nice. They really do care about you and you can pursue your own goals.

      Pros

      Owners of the company are incredibly approachable and care a lot about their staff. They promote from within and have producers dedicated to certain accounts allowing you to get to know the client and be able to deliver the best for them. You’re encouraged to take ownership of your projects and are never micromanaged and are fully trusted. Nice people and good banter.

      Cons

      Learning the ropes for key client accounts can be tricky but the team is there to support you as best as they can.
