Pros

Flexible schedule is the best part! As well as an opportunity to take any city they provide their services (for ex you're travelling and want to make extra money). Good pay during busy seasons, last October I earned $4000+ for month and it's only by working weekends, I also value their policy, once I had extremely rude client who offended me and Shoott was on my side 100%, they blocked them from using their services a second I reported this issue. I also like the opportunity to reach photographers who are willing to cover your sessions in case of emergency with no dropping fee. They growing and changing and all the changes are really good and smart. You should definetely work here, but only if you have another job as well, expecially for slow seasons. Shoott is perfect for me as I also work for myself and have personal sessions. A tip I can give you - pick all locations, not only in the area you live, in that case you'll be able to make good money.

Cons

You really need to know which locations and dates are the most popular during specific season. First year I didn't know how to predict that and didn't earn much, then I had a chat with another photographer and she gave me some tips. Business/headshots/media sessions are not the best as people buy 1-2 photo and you don't earn much from these types of session. And for some reasons people who book those sessions are the ones who usually don't show up and ghost you. In that case you earn only $20

Great communication, friendly and trustworthy. A Photographer would love to have them as a client.

None that I can think of.

Pros

Lots of bookings, especially during peak seasons

Cons

Low pay. They claim $100 per hour. In reality, for a 30 min session the photographer shoots for 30 min plus culls and edits the photos for at least 60 minutes, most often 90-120min which totals 2 hours of whorl per $50 earned. So the hourly pay is not $100 but $25. Also, if you worked 1 session and the client didn’t buy anything, you get paid $50 anyway. Which is great. But if you worked 10 sessions and some clients bought 10+ photos, you get paid more than $50 for those, but if there is a client who didn’t but anything in the lot of 10 clients, you don’t get anything for that job. Which I think isn’t fair. Each of those 10 jobs completed should be paid at least the promised $50. Simply because the photographer spend at least 2 hours on that particular client.
