      Pros

      Since the team is so small, its easy to get along with your co workers. The environment is a live/work space in the ceo's apartment which means its laid back most of the time. If you push hard enough, sometimes you can get some creative leeway.

      Cons

      The live/work environment is not ideal because they want you to stay in the office, even when its not maintained to a professional cleanliness level. Many of the creative endeavors that most companies strive for, were put on the back burner for reasons that are mere excuses.

      Pros

      The one positive thing that has come from the helm of the company was who they hired to carry their entire operation. I've never met a group of harder working individuals who were eager to not only launch their professional careers, but put in the work to catapult this start up. It's unfourtent that every valiant effort from the staff was shut down at every turn by the CEO. Any position here is only suitable for someone just starting out in the industry or plans to be an intern for the next 3 years. If you're serious about your career, don't even consider this place as an opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      The two biggest forces at Shop Jeen are the least experienced, skilled, and practical people I have ever seen have the opportunity to run a company. From day to day work atmosphere, to delegation, all the way basic managerial decision making, the upper teir always has been, and always will be the demise of this company.

      Pros

      Resume builder because it was an very small team and you are taking on the work of multiple positions, laid back work environment, and my coworkers at my time of employment were all extremely hard working, easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Constant fear that you won't be getting your pay check, employees were laid off with no notice if they couldn't afford to pay them that week. The work environment is multiple employees working out of their apartment, which is constantly dirty. Employees are left out of the loop by management in regards to the warehouse, fulfillment, website, and financial matters. Requests for any updates/ team meetings were always shot down or just avoided by the CEO and interactions in general were harsh and impersonal. I often found out what was going on with the company through social media. I read the glassdoor reviews before taking on the job and wish that I had taken them more seriously.
