Pros
compensation is pretty fair considering how hard they work you.
Cons
If you are considering accepting a position here, please read this first because there is not enough space to properly convey how horrible this organization is. All the other reviews are fake and were incentivized by the HR team who tries extremely hard to keep their image pristine - just look at the dates, they were all posted within the same week and have similar sentiments. This place is filled with a bunch of nepo baby ivy league cyborgs who's parents pay their rent on their Tribeca loft and will die if they miss their daily pilates class. They all look exactly the same (look at LinkedIn to confirm) and are taken advantage of by their male founders who work them like dogs, (why do you guys primarily hire young women, hmm???). They are primarily white, skinny, rich and the founders lovingly refer to them as 'sharks'. There is a culture of backstabbing, intense/toxic competition (encouraged by the executive team), and elitism that is actually hard to fathom. You grow in the ranks here by being born rich, having connections, and fitting the aesthetic of what the executive team wants, they do not care about diversity in the slightest and the evidence speaks for itself. The founders think they are changing the world (by encouraging more needless consumerism?) and will even quiz you on where they met as a part of their onboarding process, yes, they are at that level of megalomaniac. Why you need to know that two of them met for coffee at Cafe Nero in 2020 in order to succeed in your customer success role you might ask - good question! The executive team all got their MBA, worked one year at a consulting job and started this company - they don't have any real world experience and it SHOWS with how they run the place. They hire, fire, and lay off extremely recklessly (as another review noted), and I promise you, you will never have job security at this company, they will get rid of you without blinking an eye. I have heard some stories of the way they have gotten rid of people that should have landed them in court. They are convinced they are going to be a billion dollar company in an industry that is becoming less relevant every day and are not at all understanding the cultural and political landscape and overall pushback on influencers. The founders live to speak on a panel or podcast (to stroke their own egos) and are so socially awkward that you will dread having any mandatory conversation with them. If you are smart, which I am guessing you are if you are interviewing with them, you will stay away. They are a liability, they will take away your job security, they will destroy your self esteem and make you question your entire career. They are the absolute worst of New York. Choose peace.
