      I work in administration and the best thing I like about my job are the opportunities to learn, which I get frequently and that ensures that I'm always up-to-date with industry requirements, the work culture is professional and also offers flexibility to maintain a good work-life balance

      Pros

      Professional and ethical work environment. Everyone is friendly and approachable right up to senior management. A "we care about our people". There is trust to allow each individual to get on with their job. Lots of training to improve knowledge.

      Cons

      Being a small business there's a lot of work to be done and not enough hours in the day but the workload is spread out and manageable.
