-Lack of communication from corporate -Lies from corporate -Jeff Jacobson, in charge of operations, will NOT donate the money you take from customers to the charity it was collected for -Managers have little freedom to run stores/merchandise -Managers have no control of product sent to stores -Managers have little control over ordered supplies show up -Corporate generally makes it difficult to run stores smoothly -The company generally overworks whatever employees they manage to hold on to, and pay them next to nothing for all their hard work.

You are severely underpaid. Any position above a sales associate is extremely underpaid. Obviously sales make minimum but what supervisors and management made was trash. There was a lot of gossip within the company and no appreciation shown to the employees for working so hard. Also, don’t expect a raise no matter how well you do on your yearly review. You could get an amazing review and get a .05cent raise. The company is trash lol
