The people. Crew is full of amazing people who are just doing their best to get through the day.

Cons

PAY. Rude hosts who get away with emotionally abusing the crew with no repercussions. Overworked employees that you will often find crying due to stress in one of the multiple hiding places in the building. Misogyny.

Management was difficult to work with - and I was part of management! Very hard to accomplish anything because departments are territorial and don’t work together.

Cons

Dishonest tactics when it comes to customers. Required to sign up 8 customers for the VIP program or get fired so management recommends stretching the truth with the terms of the VIP. We were required to sign up customers even if they said no. We also were required to change returned item dates in the system to prevent refunding customers. I could not do it anymore, its dishonest!!
