      Pros

      Startup mindset although it grew up to mid level company. Opportunity to Learn a lot of thing as no one will teach you.

      Cons

      A lot of involvement from CEO in each project. sometimes he starts yelling at the employees as well. No work-life balance. You are expecting you to work late night even if you don't have work. People sit in office till late after CEO leaves and play game and movies. No Senior Technical resource, only one guy at that time was there everything who only had experience of 4-5 years and also from the same company. CEO thinks if an engineer can deliver one app in 3 months than Senior engineer will deliver in 15 days because he is getting more salary.

      Pros

      The leadership vision is unique, ambitious, focused and driven. It resonates with all its employees - entirely - and drives their motivation, their passion and their creativity. As a result, all Shopistanis bring a lot of ownership and innovation to the table. Day in and day out - someone somewhere is accomplishing a new milestone and constantly being cheered on by their coworkers. There's immense support to be the best you can. Hiring is done based on the right mindset over skillset, and hence the resulting team is a very interesting bunch of people to work with.

      Cons

      While there are activities like movie nights, sports tournaments and trainings, there aren't a lot of excursions and trips, for e.g. to hill stations, on behalf of the company. The food catering is good, but could do with improvement.
