Cons
You feel like you’re being manipulated into something you don’t want to do. You’re constantly confused by the CTO's behavior. You feel like you deserve an apology that never comes. You always have to defend yourself to this CTO bad behavior. You never feel fully comfortable around them. You continually feel bad about yourself in their presence.

Pros
Lively, friendly and fun place to work with full support of management. I always felt backed with personal requests which I needed when I joined as my wife was going through a difficult pregnancy. Their attitude towards my situation is not something I will forget. Employee contributions, opinions and business input are not only encouraged but if approved they get implemented. The business is growing fast with a lot of emphasis on innovation.
