      The real shore hotel.

      Free parking, nice location. 401k free bus pass

      Cons

      Low pay, non union, low vacation pay, no hot food for employees only kitchen staff and upper management. Hourly employees suffer from low pay starting out at $21 and a very non competitive benefits plan. Extremely hard to get in you have to pass a 3 panel interview process and provide a lot of information just to be hired for such low pay. You also have to sign arbitration paper work that is mandatory by the hotel layer that means you can not fight the hotel in court. Watch out for Housekeeping and food and beverage Dept. If you do not speak Spanish good luck. Toxic Toxic

      None. Absolutely none. Do not work here! High turn over.

      Micromanagement. Cult. Super toxic environment, Where "managers" are allowed to take tips/tables as a Bartender or Server whenever they feel. And hold managerial power over staff. A " manager" will make more money than you in tips. When asked about this, totally written off as acceptable!! You cannot make this up. You will be summoned to go HR weekly. With a check list of all your wrongs since you walked through the door. Treated like a child, while over-aged, inexperienced staff show you the way. Under big brother surveillance, cameras everywhere and voice recording systems. I left two jobs for this one, boy what a huge mistake. Not allowed to purchase food from Hotel. No cafetería in the meantime only 2 vending machines and a cereal stand. Weird family ownership. Google them! Just don't work here. Revolving door of employees!

      nothing good about this place. Run.

      Cons

      Cameras right above your head at all times. A culture of mistrust. If you don’t trust your employees don’t hire them. No employee cafeteria.
