Pros
Can't beat the location! McCall has everything for outdoor enthusiasts, all seasons. Benefits are incredible for full time year round employees. The owner is constantly making improvements and building new facilities for both members/guests as well as employees. New job opportunities are opening up for employees to grow within the company. Employee appreciation is very apparent through free lunch, returning employee incentive programs, discounts at outlets on property, parties, etc.
Cons
The drastic difference in business between seasons. (but the locals just consider the shoulder seasons as play time)
