Pros

The foundation of this company is its culture; it’s extremely lively place to work in and growth opportunities are something that’s offered to every single person that walks through the door. National travel opportunities are also something that is included in the position, which is something that I was drawn to when initially applying.

Cons

They do operate on retailers’ schedule so weekends and late night shifts or something that is a part of the weekly schedule

Pros

Not only does the management in this office do so much to push our progression, there is so many networking opportunities across the nation. I have been to 5 different states I would never have if it wasn’t for the job and have learned so much while traveling that has helped my progression.

Cons

Such a strong community that it feels like I’m working with a bunch of friends and not just coworkers
