      Pros

      The kids and floor staff. Wonderful group to work with and most of the kids were appreciative as well as their families.

      Cons

      Management - poor execution of policy, constantly changing strategy. No coherent plan. Pay was not fair based on education and experience.

      A very high turnover, no job security; administration often provides only poor leadership and fear-mongering

      Opportunity to Do Amazing Work with Teens

      Pros

      Supportive staff, with lots of fun "characters." Smart, good-hearted kids. Committed and active management. Management is always looking for ways to improve what we do, and have done so consistently.

      Cons

      Don't underestimate the challenge of working day-in, day-out, year-round helping struggling teens. It is worth it to me, but it requires a strong commitment.
