Everyone is a pro, everyone is a good person, everyone is working hard every day to make their coworkers successful. What's better is that this group is all passionate about solving the same industry problems. This all adds up to make ShotFlow a joy to work for. Several disgruntled former employees have tried to give Shotflow a bad wrap, but I assure you, no one was just let go without numerous opportunities to correct issues that did not align with ShotFlow’s values or practices. Every employee is provided with multiple opportunities to receive assistance with any challenges. If anything far more than any other company I’ve worked for. Expectations are CLEAR and accountability is the name of the game. Treated like adults with lives outside of work.
