The management has no idea how to run a firm and employees move through the company like a revolving door. The turnover is constant and significant. There is uncertainty with management as to whether an employee will be met with kindness or hostility when interacting, which causes anxiety in the workplace. Employees are often treated with disrespect and management has a lack of concern or downplays serious work condition issues.

Everything else. The owner is not a good person to work for. This firm does not know how to run a law firm or retain employees. The turnover is incredibly high and there seems to be a revolving door of new hires.
