Pros
Showa Boston is a pleasant place to work, and the students attend class except in case of illness or an emergency. Also, the setting is beautiful, and the classrooms are well maintained. In addition, the colleagues are personable and helpful. Finally, the students are generally motivated to learn and can be very creative if encouraged to be so.
Cons
The management can be rather quirky. The hourly salary doesn't increase very often.
