Pros

Good exposure to the events industry, good potential to create a good network of contacts with all the different players in this industry

Cons

The company lacks people with an academic background, lacks structure and overall organisation. There is constant micromanagement and there is not a great deal of appreciation and recognition towards the employees

Pros

There are plenty of pros working with Showforce, one of which is working with some of the biggest clients. Most of Showforce's clients are household names which is exciting. The crew are all brilliant guys who are more than willing to help and guide you throughout some of your shifts. There is no hiding the fact that some of the work is fairly grueling, but your hardwork is often rewarded with some nice shifts down at the London Palladium working with ITV or what have you. Work hard and your efforts will be rewarded, moving up the ranks throughout your time at Showforce.

Cons

There are some tough jobs out there. Some jobs requires you to stay away for a week or two which is a great stretch of work if you don't mind being away from your family.

Great company to progress and travel and work on a lot of exiting projects , lots of varied job no day the same and great lads to work with,

Cons

Can be long hours but no more than any other screwing companys
