Young atmosphere and that really has to be it.

Cons

Promotions look like an Oprah episode. Given out to ppl for fear of losing them.Recently everyone got laid off to "restructure" really meant, fire ppl who speak up. Office politics play a huge hand. Over 60 account on avg. and low pay for SEM standards.

The coworkers you interact with everyday make this a job worth coming to. Flexible with time off. Hours are not long.

Cons

You may be hired today and gone in a week due to budget cuts. You may work here for a year or more and be laid off when you get comfortable. This ship is sinking faster than the Titanic. Also, you work for incentives but none of that rarely gets met and if you're laid off, you won't be seeing anything you earned like incentives or PTO accrued. You won't even get a heads up a few weeks before a reduction needs to occur. They love firing people before and right after holidays. So, 'Happy Holidays' if you take the job.

You get to manage large accounts.

Cons

I was handed 80 dealers in 2 months. It's ridiculous amount considering that at any SEM agency, the most you'll manage is 20-30 and to top it all of, they only pay 30K a year which is low by SEM standards. Showroom Logic is literally a digital SEM Sweatshop.
