      RUN AS FAR AND FAST AS YOU CAN

      Pros

      Some coworkers are friendly. Makes going in every day bearable. Company offers soul cycle once a month which is nice.

      Cons

      Company management is dishonest. They lie to get you in the door and throw extra work at you expecting you to live day and night at the office with no thank you or gratitude for all of your hard work. No system. No organization. No communication. I have never felt so defeated in my life.

      Pros

      No corporate nonsense and they have decent brands to work for.

      Cons

      They do not compensate well unless you are upper management. They have no human resources. Their health insurance is ok, but their dental plan is an HMO, with very limited options. The owner and president are not good people with very shady business practices. The design team works collaboratively with the product team, but the sales team is only out to help themselves. Management expects you to stay after hours whether your work is completed or not. Except for upper management, all my former coworkers are looking to leave the company.

      Pros

      Most staff are friendly and cooperative. Nice office space. Great commuter location on 34th Betw 5/6 ave. Was a great company when it was smaller and the mkt was much better. GOING DOWNHILL FAST.

      Cons

      Senior Mgt not tuned in! No 5 year plan for business. Fly by the seat of their pants financially. Not paying factories or vendors in a timely manner. NO raises. No investment in their people or technology.
