Pros

Good hours, easy to get and book available shifts, okay pay, friendly colleagues.

Cons

Higher up managers do not treat you well, looked down on, seen as not good enough, breaks are not always given, expected to stand still for hours on end, training is not given and then get told off when you do something slightly wrong or different, no one knows what they are doing, supervisors act like they own you even though they are in the same position as you.
