      Amazing Management, very friendly environment, people are great to work with, good exposure, timely salary, good pay masters, happy place to work

      Not many, except for the once aspect of micromanagement from the branch head, which actually helps you grow.

      Politics, hustle culture - the management doesn't believe in work-life balance, barely any leaves can be taken, HR is just a puppet in the hands of the management.

      - Great opportunity to work for some of the best clients in different fields - Talented teams - People are always willing to help and go that extra mile

      Cons

      - Extremely long working hours - No work life balance - WFH not available - Rigid and non flexible systems in place - HR does not address employee concerns, and hence attrition rate is high
