      Pros

      Huge Material Availability, New Management is Very much Aggressive, Old Management have Created Lobby working in there way of Style.

      Cons

      Less Chances to grow untill you have a God Father there. TSM is also working at DO level. A new Joinee onrole in Sales is a Do and a Senior Level Colleague with more than 10 years of is also working as DO.
