All. Bad management. HR will ruin you as a person, your personal space will be hindered, no work life balance, it's only mental harassment which you go through and experience. People are fired before even providing them appointment letter, even if the time period is 6-8 months. Official documents will be not given on time, salary will be delayed. Salary will be deducted on the basis of how you outsmart the HR. No work quality. No motivation or company culture. 0% professionalism. Will be fired in a months time for no reason.

Few of the college friends and their girlfriends sat one day and discussed that how they won' t be getting any job and decided to start their own company one day after the college ends as it's better to pass their time doing something instead of staying unemployed. Seems like these guys got very serious with their idea and came up with a company "Shrooms Creatives" Zero motives & responsibility, Zero importance given to the employees. Worst management and higher management team. Late night sitting attitude (Because if you are not working till 12 am to 2 am you are not working at all- Philosophy of the so-called CEO. ) Wish I could give the negative rating to this company.
