Pros
Working at Shulman & Partners LLP is unlike other law firms. There is incredible support among staff with team members volunteering to jump in to help. The culture being fostered is incredibly nurturing and focused on individual development. The legal team has access to resources that result not only in superior service to our clients but it makes the work on the legal team a lot less stressful. Overall, it is an amazing place to work.
Cons
I can't think of any. We are encouraged to voice any concerns which are typically resolved pretty quickly.
