Great team environment. The people at the top really care, they want to see the employees happy and thriving. The work is rewarding and the teams like to have fun.
Cons
There are 5 offices, so you don't get to know the other employees unless you travel to the other locations frequently. But the firm has company-wide events several times a year so you get the chance to meet everyone (if everyone attends....)
This is a homegrown company with a family feel. I've been to every one of our locations and met all of our team members--they were all welcoming and friendly. They work hard, no doubt!--but at the same time they like to laugh and enjoy their days in the office. Lots of smiles!

It can be difficult to stay connected to everyone because of the 5 locations, but we are working hard on streamlining communications.
