      Litigation partner extremely difficult

      Pros

      Lots of people but sadly the turnover is so high you never get to really know anyone.

      Cons

      Senior partner in litigation is extremely difficult. She’s been there for >20 years and has a bad reputation for how she treats staff. People constantly checking in to see how I was because of her reputation. 99 things right 1 thing wrong and you’ll hear about it forever. Not a man eater but a woman eater.

      Flexible Schedule Hybrid Benefits Nothing Nothing

      Attorneys are god Low Morale Abusive and toxic behavior Happy to point out faults but never praises or appreciates good work

      Run don't walk from the HOA Group in TPA

      The name has a lot of power in the Tampa area, good way to hop to a better place to work.

      Cons

      Pay is below market for Tampa, lack of diversity, HOA group is a toxic environment. There are better options to work in Tampa nowadays.
