I'm sorry at we have a past employee that feels they were treated unfairly. Our company prides itself on having a positive and fair work environment. Our hours here are 11:30 - 8:30 Monday thru Friday and 10 - 4 on Saturdays, our employees really like this because it fits around their schedule and gives them the chance to earn extra income. We do have a performance based environment so advancement and pay are based on how hard they work. I understand that some people do not what to earn what they deserve. We do provide base pay options for full-time employees but those require them to actually show up for work on time on a daily basis. I will tell you now if you are lazy or lack integrity you will not be successful in our company. But for the people that can work hard and have a great attitude the possibilities for growth and income are endless. Shur Consulting Group prides it self on an environment full of people that have a great work ethic, student mentality, and integrity.
