innovative work being done colleagues are great personalities and are fun to work with room to learn and grow fair company benefits I would say this is much better than most startups

top performers not awarded. they don't discriminate by country or race but generally only sales team members get recognised while everyone else is just a face in the crowd operating on a basic salary in the name of business opportunities bad decisions are being made and we see employees who are under-performing or seen as disruptive to the rest of the team being hired and kept onboard someone else wrote that there was a running joke that an all hands will appear on your calendar then it's a round of layoffs. I can verify that this is true. in the end it's just the same people at the top layoffs are also conducted disrespectfully without HR intervention so it's messy, bad for morale, and makes you think the company is collapsing on itself
