      Pros

      You can come in early or late as long as you get your work done. The people can be fun to work with. Small company where everyone knows everyone.

      Cons

      They want everyone working lots of hours and weekends. My pay is in the bottom %15 for my title. Poor management, everyone does what they want with little to no consequences.

      Growing culture, deep rooted knowledge and some of the nicest/best people you'll ever work with.

      Cons

      Their history defines their future, majority of initiatives are driven top down without team agreement, acceptance of responsibility is not common.

      Lots of work to do at Shuttleworth. Enjoyed the many different projects we worked on.
