      Pros

      Working here is the most motivated I have ever been - to come in every day and make things happen... and at this company you can. You are working so close with everyone, in every department - having a direct impact on a product that changes the lives of shift workers. The team is creative, collaborative and innovative with a lot of heart.

      Cons

      Still being a young team there is a lot of change happening, every day. You could be working on something one day, and the next day that project is scrapped and you are on something else. If you let it, it can be disheartening. If you embrace it, it can be motivating.

      Great company culture & work ethics, the team is energetic and a lot of fun to work with. Many companies are looking to buy the software solution that Shyft is offering, so there's plenty of opportunities for rapid growth.

      Cons

      You might have to juggle several things at once and it might not be easy if you're not well organized.
