Good for freshers as you can start learning.

Cons

1. How much salary you will get in hand that is only yours. Don't expect money of EPF, Gratuity, Earned Leaves, Arrears etc. 2. They will never clear Full and Final Settlement. 3. Company is blacklisted so search a new job as soon as possible.
