      Pros

      Great health-care benifits, cool co-workers, unlimited vacation days.

      Cons

      There is no worklife balance, terrible communication from executives, unrealistic work-load, managers are VERY self-absorbed. Abusive work enviroment (I've seen 3 out of 4 admin cry at their desk or in hallway).

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, reasonable expectations from management; one of the best semiconductor startups out there who is making history. Opportunity to learn new design paradigm, new languages. Very friendly open work culture.

      Cons

      Commute could be an issue depending on where you are based in the bay area. No cubicles or office, could be noisy at times - bring your closed back headphones.

      Pros

      • "change the world" company mission • challenging and interesting work • IPO potential (the main attraction for some) • base pay is decent • 2021 bonus was excellent • new CEO has improved company focus and is well connected

      Cons

      • poor work/life balance. it's a grind • no real vacation policy (take what you "need", but many are still tethered) • barely standard benefits for a high tech company • no recurring stock option grants (expected to change later in 2022) • perpetually understaffed • consistently high employee turnover even at upper levels. people aren't even sticking around for what should be a really good bonus in 2022 • opportunity cost - good job opportunities are everywhere
