      I can't think of any pros.

      This company is an absolute joke. The CEO is a nice guy but managers and the majority of supervisors are absolutely incompetent. The drama that ensues from this place is abhorrent. Managers don't respect or care for their employees and constantly micromanage as well as change schedules depending on the drama of the week. In the time that I was there, 13 employees, yes, THIRTEEN people had either quit or had gotten fired. The pay is LOW and the schedule is demanding, I've seen people get writeups for being one minute late. There is no career advancement and the work culture is extremely toxic. I'm not sure if Sibylline still has the contract at PayPal but I wouldn't be surprised if they lose it. If you are trying to apply for a job here, run!

      Honestly where to begin. This company is rotten, sexist and classist from top to bottom. It’s a boys club of incompetent men not only tolerating but encouraging sexism amongst their buddies, and creating one of the most draining and demeaning work cultures I’ve ever experienced. No accountability, no respect, and managers blatantly lying and forging things to justify their sexist clap back of the week. Steer clear of this company

      -Good and interesting work -Smart co-workers -OK benefits -Flexible -Good reputation in the industry -Good learning experience (for about 6 months)

      Cons

      -Management seems to be very focused on high returns in their contracts and cares little about their employees. -Communication is non-existent -Absolute zero career progression -High turnover -Employees are just a number
