Il devrait y avoir moins de turnover Les managers devraient écouter un peu plus les besoins de leur consultant

Pros

You can choose the mission. A lot of young people, most of them are from IT school or engineering school (EFREI Paris, ESILV, other engineering school). They organise events and animations (data science competition, afterwork in bars). Healthy work pace (for now, as I know some company makes their young employee works too hard and too late). Remote work. They are seniors too hopefully.

Cons

You can refuse mission but after the approbation period, if you haven't find one then it is over. They might suggest you missions that you might not like, sometimes it is not easy to refuse, but if you do, then it is okay (there is a limit I suppose)

Hi, Thanks for your honest feedback, it means a lot to us as it is a great help to understand and prioritize the needs of our people, in our internal transformation process. The inconvenients you mention have been identified as opportunities for improvement, and are being worked on since the beginning of 2022. Since we changed our internal organization last summer, we aim for a better ability to adapt to changes, create the conditions for collaboration instead of competition, and this internal work will remain the priority in 2023 with our new Direction of Internal Transformation.
