Zero motivation. Arrogant and Unlearned boss. Without any notifications meeting stretched 5-6 hours with video on you cannot move after meeting started. Salaries not on time normally delay like 3 months. Pathetic work environment. No work life balance. You will never get performance bonus which already decided in CTC. Working 90 days notice period.

1. You have to come sharp on time. If you are late for even 10 minutes then it would consider a half-day. 2. There is no fix time for out-time. There MD keeps you stand 2-3 hours daily and give you lectures. He has no emotions that employee live far away from the office and he/she is getting late. Personally, I reached the office at 9 am daily but they never let me go before 10 pm and I reached home at 11.30 to 12.00. 3. Hire and Fire rules. No job security. 4. Six months’ probation periods. There are no leaves in the probation period. If you took even 1 day leave, then your probation periods would extend for 1 month. 5. The salary is never timely. 6. They always pressurize you to your work. I can explain many cons of this company. But that's enough to understand how this company is.
