Pros

- Knowledgeable Fundraising team - Great enthusiasm in direct marketing, events and finance teams - Monthly dept themed snack parties - Good Summer hours. - Dedicated staff, overall.

Cons

- Foundation tends to waste a lot of donor money on agencies and outsourcing of work. - Recurring favoritism in IT dept with strong sense of favouritism and micromanagement. - Project Managers in I.T act indifferent, lack courtesy and suffer from mood swings. - Lack of integrity and technical experience in Client Service Managers. - HR dept usually plays by rules of favouritism.

Pros

Location, demographics and office amenities are good

Cons

company is in complete disarray but the worst place to be is the BIIT department (CRM, IT, BI and digital departments are the worst places to be ). If you’re looking for a rewarding career in information system management or CRM, you’re looking at the wrong company . Micromanagement at its worst, cross functional departments don’t work well together and there are a lot of office politics. Expect your manager to watch your every move

Pros

exposure in not for Profit segment 3weeks vacation

Cons

- do NOT take the job if you're on top of your game - a few people found neat spots within BI/IT and everyone else is left gasping for air - I heard they finally got rid of some bad managers, but still issues remain. They have serious culture problems which wont be solved by firing one or two managers - revolving door, zero stability, zero room to grow skills
