Pros
- Work load is very reasonable and manageable - People are generally very nice - Very team dependent - Would probably be a fun place to intern at - Pay is reasonable for Toronto
Cons
- Lack of team and company communication and direction - You must spend a significant amount of time doing non-programming related tasks - Projects are very segmented so its hard to know what your peers are up to with only one meeting a week - Interns are purposefully set up with more interesting tasks than full-times to lure them in - I found the work to be not challenging enough and uninspiring for career growth
