Owner let a great business go down hill by turning it over to the President of the company.

Pros

They had a nice team of professionals with great talents. Great Products to sell....This started around a year ago with them hiring and letting go of employees.

Cons

The owner was never watching his company and let the new leadership team take over. They let go of people that were extremely talented and hired all new people. The only people they did not let go, where employees that were related to the women CEO.

Too many unrealistic initiatives, untrustworthy executive staff, not financially secure, and inexperienced staff. High Turnover.
