Pros
I adored my time at Sideqik. If you’re looking for a company that lives it’s values and cares about culture, look no further. Fast paced environment with lots of room to grow. Senior leadership is highly involved. The digital space itself is ever-evolving and interesting.
Cons
As a small team you have to be agile. Very much a work hard, play hard environment which isn’t right for everyone.

Pros
I've learned more at Sideqik than any place I've ever worked at. The CTO does a great job of helping people develop skills at architecting applications, honing their coding style, and learning how to lead projects. Rigorous code reviews make sure you're always improving, and make a much more pleasant codebase to work with.
Cons
Since it's a fast-paced startup, it's pretty much crunch time all the time. It would be nice if the pace was a bit more reasonable at times.
