Clear policies, procedures and carriers. Semi-government organization. Intensive training. Good salaries and bonus. High skilled employees, excellent environment for different levels.
Cons
Medium organization that makes your experience limited compared with large or huge organizations. They have only one HQ, no branches to expand your experience especially in the IT field.
