Good for nothing !!

Nothing !! Good for people who are lick management shoe (though unskilled)

Cons

- Poor management - No policies, procedures. Everything is ad-hoc. - Monopoly - Everything is controlled by the CEO of company. Even what paper cup/coffee/tissue to be used etc etc. - Micro Management to the core. - Work culture. Never saw such a team. Unskilled are given a chance to lead the team which always leads to disastrous deliveries !! - No transparency in resolving internal employees issues. The so called Senior Management always favours their pets. - Hire and Fire culture !! - No job security !!

- Competitive Salary - If your already experienced & flexible to travel, it can be a good place for Consultants. - Salaries are timely.

Cons

- Lack of vision from management. No focus or roadmap for future. - Company's portfolio is focused only on Healthcare IT - SAP ISH implementations. Only if you want to be in a niche area, then you can take up a job here. - If your a fresher, don't even think of joining here. There will be no guidance from anyone. - Middle level management are undeserving people. - No growth opportunities within the company.

Pros

Nothing I can think of. For me they give me fairly high salary than other in my team.

Cons

As long as they can get cheap solutions they will go for it. Just only think profit, profit and profitsss! Even renewals of maintenance contracts, management need to think million times first before renewing. Wait for failures before they will take actions. Very high turnover. One in, 3 will leave.
