Pros

- talented co-workers - sometimes snacks from Costco and Kombucha

Cons

- no one in the office could make a decent pot of coffee - leadership was inexperienced / incompetent, not a lot of thinking going on there. They would blame all company failure on the company that acquired us and shirk all responsibilities to their employees citing the same reason

Pros

Decent starting pay, office perks typical of a downtown PDX office

Cons

Awful, bullying, unqualified management and leadership manipulates and gaslights employees. Sexual harassment, bullying, and sexism issues were swept under the rug; those who reported issues to HR were subject to retaliation. The only way to get ahead was to be a suck up and yes man to leadership. The initial crew who started the company is no longer there. Turn over has been fierce. Customer service is treated incredibly poorly by marketing and other departments. Anyone who values their worth over a paycheck has already quit or has one foot out the door. Because if this, the company has lost some amazing employees due to turn over and lay offs after the acquisition.

Pros

paycheck was nice, but not nice enough. Lack of managerial organization means you can come in whenever, leave whenever, call in sick whenever, not work even while you're at work and still get paid. there are some severely over-qualified, underpaid people who work in lower positions and could do the jobs of everyone around them.

Cons

Managers are not trained well, and often fall very short in their roles. Cliquey, bullying culture. Meetings are a waste of time, but that's where your manager will spend the majority of their time. Think Office Space meets Mean Girls. When you inevitably quit, they'll probably forget to mark it in their system and over pay you, which you'll then be notified about months later and you'll be on the hook to pay back. they talk a good talk in the interview, but don't trust it.
